A model makes a few seconds at a time. AI Vids makes the first clip, takes its last frame and starts the next clip on it, and so on until the video is as long as you asked. The clips are then stitched into one file. A cut starts a clip fresh instead of on the one before.

What is the clip chain?
A video is made clip by clip, each clip starting on the last frame of the clip before it, and the clips are stitched into one file, so a video can run for minutes without a visible seam.
How long can a video be?
As long as you chain. The Preview makes clips of 2 to 8 seconds, the Long take Preview up to 60, Veo up to 8 and Kling 10.
What is a cut?
A clip that starts fresh instead of on the last frame of the clip before it, for a new scene.
