## My video waits

Clips are made by an open page. Open AI Vids in the workspace.

## It says my plan cannot make videos

Making videos needs Premium or Max. Pro is the library.

## A clip failed

Remake it. Check the models list for a model that is not ready.

## The model is not ready

It needs a key on the server. The models list says what is ready.

## Save to Media is refused

Check that your Geenius OS sign-in allows Media write.
